BISCUIT WITH STRAWBERRY COULIS, PLAIN YOGHURT & VALLISER QUINCE

Ingredients:
  • 1 plain yoghurt.
  • 1 Marie biscuit.
  • 1 dash of strawberry coulis, syrup or jam.
  • 30 g Valliser quince chopped into tiny pieces.
Preparation:

Grate the smooth side of the biscuit using a cheese grater. Add the shavings to acocktail glass or similar stylish glass.

Next, add the coulis until the shavings are completely covered.

Tap the glass gently to settle the ingredients. Then, add the lightly whipped yoghurt carefully. Do not mix it with the other ingredients. One useful trick is to turn the glass while filling it with yoghurt.

Lastly, place the tiny pieces of quince in the glass and 'voilà'! Your tasty dessert is ready.

Tip:

To top it all off, why not serve it on a plate with a stand or doily and decorate it with brown sugar cubes or dried fruit and nuts.
