QUINCE SANDWICH WITH CHEESES AND AVOCADO

Ingredients:
  • 3 seed, flaxseed or wholemeal rolls.
  • 1 avocado.
  • 30 g Roquefort cheese.
  • 30 g Gouda cheese.
  • 30 g 'Mató' cheese or soft cheese.
  • 90 g Valliser quince.
Preparation:

First, slice the rolls and set them aside.

Cut the quince and cheese in strips of the same length as the roll. Next, peel

the avocado and cut this into slices of the same length as before.

Take the rolls and add ingredients to the lower section as desired, as, for example, in the photo:

Option 1: Roll base/'Mató' cheese/quince/avocado/roll.

Option 2: Roll base/quince/avocado/Gouda cheese/roll.

Option 3: Roll base/avocado/quince/Roquefort cheese/roll.


And an afternoon snack or appetiser which is easy to make and very healthy is created.

Note:

We could also spread the bread with a favoured ingredient: butter, margarine, tomato or oil.
