TOMATO, IBERIAN COLD MEATS & QUINCE BROCHETTE ON BREAD

Ingredients:
  • 12 baguette slices.
  • 80 g Valliser quince cut into strips (0.5 cm wide by 5 or 6 cm long).
  • 9 slices Iberian chorizo.
  • 9 slices Iberian sausage.
  • 9 slices Iberian pork loin.
  • 30 or 40 g Iberian ham (shavings or thin slices).
Preparation:

Spread tomato on all the bread.

Split into four groups of three slices of bread.

Then, with one group, place ham on top. Share it evenly across the 3 slices. Put aside.

Do the same for the remaining groups of bread and evenly share each of the cold meats across the slices.

Having done this, place a strip of Valliser quince on each of the slices and hold them together using a strong toothpick (in this case made of bamboo). This way they will not fall apart when picked up. Place them on a plate in an attractive way and fill your boots.
