QUINCE ICE CREAM

Ingredients:
.250 g Quince Paste
.400 ml Cream
.2 Natural Yoghurts
.Nuts
.Whipped Cream for decoration. |
Preparation:
Use a mixer to beat all the ingredients into a smooth cream, add walnuts and mix with a spoon.
Pour mix into bowls and freeze. The cream is used to decorate before serving.
If you prefer a soft cream, just refrigerate the mix instead of freezing. |
