FRESH CHEESE & VALLISER QUINCE CANAPÉ

Ingredients:
  • 200 g Burgos-style fresh cheese.
  • 2 or 3 thin slices Valliser quince.
  • 2 slices candied orange.
Preparation:

First, cut the cheese into 3 cm cubes and set aside.

Then, cut the quince to the same size as the cheese and set it aside.

Next, cut the candied orange slices into 8 segments and set them aside.

Create the dish by placing the cheese as the base with the quince cubes on top. Lastly, garnish the canapés by placing the candied orange on top.

Note:

An exquisite result from a very simple, quick to create dish.
