9 QUINCE CANAPÉ IN A BREAD & HAM WRAP

Preparation:

Start by carefully drying the anchovy fillets and the olives.

Then, wrap the anchovy fillets around the stuffed olives and insert a toothpick.

Take the pitted black olives and place them on the tomato cubes and hold them together with a toothpick. Put them aside in a container in the fridge.

Next, cut the quince cannelloni into four equal-sized pieces.

Remove the skewers from the fridge and place them on the cannelloni pieces. Press them into place using the toothpick.

Lastly, place the completed snacks on a suitable tray or board. Alternate the anchovy skewers with the black olive.

Note:

This is a very refreshing appetiser with a range of flavours marking it out.
