  • 6 slices of your favourite bread.
  • 2 squares Valliser quince (1.5 cm per side).
  • 4 strips Valliser quince, 1 cm wide by 4 cm long.
  • 2 slices ham.
  • 1 small tin tuna.
  • Salad.
  • A little smoked vegetables.
  • 1 tomato sliced.
  • 1 hard-boiled egg sliced.

First, prepare all the ingredients on the worktop (this will save time when making the sandwiches). If any are missing, replace them with another of our preference that will combine well with the other ingredients.

This time there will be three different types. Start by covering two slices of bread with the salad. Add one or more slices of egg and a strip of the Valliser quince. Lastly, skewer everything with a toothpick.

Then, take two more pieces of bread and put a little smoked vegetables and the tuna on them. Cover this with a cube of Valliser quince and a skewered olive.

Lastly, place a slice of tomato on top of the remaining two slices of bread and put them aside. Wrap the remaining two strips of Valliser quince in ham and place them on the bread, holding them in place with a toothpick.

To round out the presentation, you can put everything on a dish decorated with an aromatic oil or reduction of port or balsamic vinegar.
